請問一下如果平常有在做伏地挺身、慢跑之類的運動
老了以後會不會有運動傷害?
因為聽說跑步會傷害膝蓋關節 常跑步老了膝蓋會受傷
伏地挺身也會傷手的關節?
請問一下做這些運動以後會有運動傷害嗎?
