[閒聊] 為什麼運動反便祕更嚴重了阿??
本身自己的體質是易便祕體質...
正常排便為2天一次算不錯的狀態..
(好羨慕順暢人都可以天天除便便..)
我試過很多順暢方法...但...
(這不是重點@@)
我是想了解一下....
不是說運動有助於排便順暢嗎??
為什麼我有了運動習慣(慢跑)~
反而便便容易變硬啊??
是因為腸道水分都被當作汗水排掉了嗎??
還是要怎樣喝水才可以確切的補充到腸道??
有人有跟我一樣的困擾嗎??
