[問題]代謝很差怎麼辦?
因為之前有一個禮拜的時間莫名的厭食(不是想瘦想瘋了)
自己也不知道原因 沒特別想解肥也沒心情不好
但就是對食物沒慾望
為了身體健康還會多少逼自己吃一點東西
但常常只吃一點點就感覺飽到快吐了
那幾天爆瘦至少三公斤
現在恢復正常飲食之後就像吹氣球一樣脹起來
而且我從以前就一直有便秘的問題
我都戲稱自己是便祕王...試過很多方法都沒有效
最近開始每天都至少會去快走一小時 早上起床也都會喝一杯500cc左右的溫水
蔬菜攝取也都很足夠(因為我愛吃青菜)
每餐也都有正常攝取澱粉 我都盡量以飯食為主
我卻依然無法達到天天排便啊啊啊啊
希望別建議我吃酵素之類的 市售的酵素有太多都添加瀉劑 真的不敢碰
之前朋友說我可能天生就是代謝比較差 在加上前陣子都沒吃到基代
身體可能又降低代謝率
所以我現在該怎麼辦呢ˊˋ
順帶一提 還有我體脂一直都偏高 160/50(女) 體脂26%
這跟代謝差是不是也有關?
