[討論] 想爬玉山應該要做什麼訓練??
想要在明年去玉山或雪山攻頂,但是自己體能頗差,
(30歲女生,在跑步機上以7的速度跑3000要花20~25分鐘...)
目前在健身房的運動大概是:
每週有三天上槓鈴有氧的課程,
外加 每天都騎飛輪或在跑步機上快走/慢跑一小時(速度6~7)
也就是說每天在健身房會待兩小時,這樣大概持續了一個月
其他重訓的機器不太會用@@
請問如果以攻頂為目標,應該要增加什麼樣的訓練?
或者說要訓練到什麼程度才能順利攻頂呢??
(ex.可在平地跑完五千公尺..之類)
