[討論] 大量的有氧..
各位好
小弟目前跟朋友在計畫過年期間單車環島
預計10天左右完成
我的問題是
大量且長時間的有氧運動
肌肉會不會消掉不少?
小弟只有一點肌肉 所以希望能珍惜它們 >__<
如果會的話那有什麼辦法維持或補救呢?
我朋友說每天做做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身,補充點乳清再上路
這樣可行嗎??
(目前184 76 體脂13~14%)
