體脂率:年初健康檢查時是24
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:7-11三角飯糰1個,鮮奶350-400的那種size一瓶
午餐:7-11生菜沙拉一份,愛之味燕麥奶一瓶(小的那種)
晚餐:外面賣的燙青菜一份或是自己煮的蔬菜湯(無馬鈴薯澱粉類食品)
清蒸魚一片
其他:日常喝水約 3000 mL,一部份是很淡的蜂蜜水
一週會貪嘴一次吃一次宵夜 都是蔬菜的滷味
日常作息時間:工作:9小時 睡眠:5.5-7小時不等
生活型態:一天要站約7小時的工作
運動:
二、三、四、五早上或下班後慢跑 3000-4000 m
心跳數抱歉真不知道 3000約跑16分
六日會挑一天去游泳 1500m(住的離游泳池約 12km,無法常去)
跑完後做仰臥起坐50下 休息3-5分鐘後再30下
然後再休息3-5分鐘後做練下腹部的運動(不知道怎麼形容)
我的問題:
這樣的模式一個半月我瘦了五公斤(75→70)
但是就沒有再繼續瘦下去了(苦惱)
目標是把肥肚子變不見和65公斤
請問各位大人,我該做怎麼樣的調整呢?
