前幾天因為好奇
在FB上發問蛋白質的食物來源
一個之前跆拳道的國手鄰居回我
只要燙出來是紅肉的都是高蛋白質
牛肉
羊肉
鴕鳥肉 (零脂肪?)
另外還有雞蛋
是真的嗎?
除了這些,平常比較容易攝取的蛋白質呢?
蛋白質究竟是攝取植物的還是動物的比較優?
(對於養肌肉這件事情)
