[討論] 請問先跑步還是先做滾輪呢?
不好意思!!第一次在這版PO文
我是屬於大肚子的人!!!
就胖在肚子跟屁股!!!
我有看過置底文章!!
沒有只瘦局部的!!!
但還是想請問一下!!!
如果想以瘦肚子為目標的話!!!
是先實施跑步再做滾輪!!!
還是做滾輪就可以達到效果了!!!
如果兩者都需要做!!!
要先做滾輪還是先跑步呢!!!!!
有人說要先做有氧運動在做重訓!!
但是也有人說做完重訓再做有氧!!!
