請問各位版友
我一直搞不太清楚
做重訓時吸氣的時機和吐氣的時機怎麼拿捏
舉伏地挺身的例子
到底是下去的時候吸氣還是撐起來的時候吸氣
如果做反了會對身體有甚麼影響?
