[請益] 素食者的增重飲食
想請問大家如果是素食者,如果想要靠重量訓練來增重
如果想要靠一般飲食不吃乳清蛋白之類的,要怎麼補充蛋白質的部分,
如果說雞胸肉是葷食者最佳的蛋白質來源,那素食者該吃甚麼好呢?
豆製品如豆腐或豆漿可以取代肉類的雞胸肉嗎?
