[討論] 關於雞絲麵
以前都拿泡麵當消夜
導致體重狂飆
但是睡前不吃個麵食類的又睡不著
(燕麥 水果 茶葉蛋我都試過了 還是覺得填不飽肚子XD)
於是想到還有雞絲麵這東西
我是都吃海鮮和冬歸這2種口味
(肉燥的太油 一包450大卡以上= =")
熱量一包大約都200~300大卡
應該比泡麵低很多吧
請問要減肥 但是消夜又戒不掉和改變
雞絲麵這個替代方案大家覺得如何呢?
