[問題] 基代微升+體脂微降
性別:女
年齡:24
BMI:20
體脂: 30.8% → 30.7%
基礎代謝率:1102 → 1109
內臟脂肪: 2 → 3 (昨天熬夜)
(同一家康是美測量,皆為晚上10點,兩次測量間隔約一個月)
最近連續游了一個禮拜,雖然改變的數據真的超級些微
不過這樣應該代表有進步吧 @@?
我很常喝水,店員說喝太多水體脂會比較高
不過我體脂一直都這麼高....
每次測完體脂,一定會聽到「體脂有點高喔」「代謝有點低喔」
希望我可以靠運動改善!!
