[討論] 跑步初期增進體力
原po大概2~3年沒運動了orz
現在突然去跑步,純粹慢跑...大概800m就沒力了( ′_>`)
雖然覺得沒有根性也是原因之一,跑步跑到後來腳會覺得很痠痛、舉不太起來
頭腦也會有點昏昏的~"~
不知道大家都怎麼克服初期這種體力不支的狀況~?
有在想要不要先從室內運動開始練基本體力... (仰臥起坐、伏地挺身之類的)
重訓的話之前有做過一年,不過感覺體力似乎沒什麼變化 (每天20~30分鐘,作五休二)
感覺這身體好像沒救了( ′_>`)
體力真的差到一個極致...|||
