[討論] 運動效率的疑惑?(已爬文)
舉例
同樣是3000m
1.在15分鐘內跑完
2.在40分鐘內走完
3.分3次(每次1000m)跑完或走完
以上消耗的總熱量是相同的
所以如果只是要減肥,這3種方法的效果相差不大
但是如果是以強化體能(尤其是心肺機能)來說的角度來看
應該是第1種比較好
請問我的觀念對嗎?請各位大大指教,謝謝
