[討論] 關於腹部鍛鍊的動作
這是我知道較高強度的腹部訓練
有沒有高手知道更高強度腹部訓練的動作
因為我做仰臥起坐或是仰臥抬腿 好像沒啥效果
雖然不是很胖但坐下小肚肚就跑出來 也有小小游泳圈
想把這討厭的油練成肌肉
以體重不變為前提 透過大量運動燃燒脂肪
降低體脂肪率 由新長大的肌肉彌補體重
我BMI23.2左右 體脂肪率21%希望能降到20以下
把小腹練平應該就可以了吧
