[閒聊] 果然還是需要運動??
看了板上精華區跟很多人的心得,減肥果然還是脫離不了少吃多動4個字
雖然體重還好但體脂超高(33.8%)所以最近就開始跑步了...
一天都固定4000公尺,但沒辦法一直都用跑的,幾乎都走走跑跑
而且第一天開始跑的時候嚇死我了,才一圈半300公尺左右
就喘到心臟簡直快從嘴巴裡跳出來,而且覺得有點小小的呼吸困難
但恢復用走的之後一兩圈這種不適感就好了
我大概10年沒運動了,這樣是正常的嗎??

我還是有正常的在吃三餐 只有晚餐改成燙青菜一盤+水果切片
基代1300左右~一天還是有吃到這數字,並不會覺得很餓
一方面也是我本來就吃不多的關係

順便想請問,我最主要的目的是想養成運動的習慣,減肥倒是次要
所以正常吃三餐,晚餐少吃一點而已,還是有吃到基代所需,這樣的觀念是對的嗎?
