[討論] 這樣跑效果一樣嗎?
爬過文看到有人一天分兩次跑(早/晚)
聽說這樣因為後續能量持續銷耗關係,可以減更多?
可是我是晚上跑半小時後,休息半小時,之後再跑半小時
這樣跟一次跑一小時的減脂效果有差嗎?
哪個效果較好阿...因為我沒辦法連續跑一小時...
