[問題] 課程的排法
有稍微爬一下置底以及精華區
想請問版上大大課程的排定
重訓的時間小弟打算兩個禮拜去三次
去的次數算是沒那麼密集
那這樣我自己課程在排的時候,是該把全身一天內都要練到
還是全身共分兩次/三次訓練呢
還煩請指導一下,謝謝
