[討論] 早餐怎樣吃才營養
小弟 年齡23 體重偏重
大家都知道早餐很重要
可是就是不曉得要吃到多少才算是營養
最近發覺其實自己早餐吃的不多
到中午肚子就會很餓 塞了很多澱粉類的食物
明明想要控制只吃一碗飯 卻總是意猶未盡 然後過量
平常小弟早上不吃肉 吃蛋奶素
固定都吃 一份土司加蛋(可能會叫他們加料 如番茄) 再一杯無糖豆漿
老實說吃完大概只有3分飽 因為早上食慾也不是很好
想問問各位有什麼推薦的外食早餐搭配嗎
