[討論] 運動後喝蜂蜜水
小弟最近都會固定一個禮拜去跑3~4次
每次跑步都會跑個15圈、或者綁沙袋跑10圈
跑完後我原本都是喝運動飲料,但是最近我媽買了很多蜂蜜
想說放著也是放著,所以跑步完我都會喝自己泡的蜂蜜水來喝
請問這樣對身體是好還是不好阿??
我朋友說:你這樣長久下去會胖啦
是這樣嗎?
