[減肥] 為什麼都瘦不下來

三餐內容
早餐:薏仁漿(350C.C)+普通的三明治
午餐:公司便當(飯固定只吃一半,配菜沒有吃完)
晚餐:羹麵Or 滷肉飯 (小碗)
其他:平常只喝水or 綠茶無糖 不喝有糖的飲料
日常作息時間:晚上11點半~12點半
生活型態:出社會工作了
運動習慣:一星期只有禮拜六or 禮拜天會去打籃球3個小時
我的問題:這一個多月以來我已經瘦了五公斤了,但是我以前也曾這麼胖過,我記得那時候瘦很快阿!!怎麼最近都瘦那麼慢,是因為我運動時間次數太少嗎??
