[討論] 可以先減肥到目標體重再開始重訓嗎??
開始控制飲食+運動到現在已經一個月了
成效也相當不錯(174cm From:87.5 to 81.5)
最近來到這個版爬文才知道重訓的重要
於是有一個疑問
邊做有氧邊做重訓瘦下來的
跟
先做有氧瘦下體重再開始重訓
會有什麼差別呢?
