請教有關背肌的訓練姿勢
因為衝浪的緣故,希望能夠在平時訓練背部肌肉這一塊
有人教過我,女性可以跪姿做伏地挺身
但是雙手不是張開,而是在頭部下方處併攏
這個動作我做一陣子發現對手腕好像有點負擔?
因為手肘彎曲時,手腕會與手掌成垂直的彎曲
感覺不是很舒適
所以想向板上各位求證,是否此姿勢是否正確或者有更好的方式去做
另外我有小啞鈴
卻不知道如何運用在訓練背肌上
想知道在家中不靠器材或者靠小啞鈴訓練背肌的動作
請不吝賜教~~
有爬過文但是不想外出尋找單槓或者健身房來練就是了...
