[討論]我想練身體 卻不能上健身房
小弟因為家裡的因素,所以不能上健身房
但我還滿想練身體的
所以想問各位大大有什麼方式能在家中練
目標

我平常就有找上晨跑的習慣 約半小時至一個小時
這樣的有氧夠嗎
如果要達到我的目標 一般的仰臥起坐和扶地挺身 夠嗎
伏地挺身能夠練到背部嗎?如果不行 有什麼方法可以練到
