[減肥] 體脂肪都不動 請各位幫幫忙

早:
重訓前:一杯 馬玉山沖泡飲(130卡)
重訓後:一杯 馬玉山沖泡飲(130卡) + 里肌堡去起司
午:
自製便當 (花耶菜 + 四色蔬菜 + 雞胸肉一片 + 五穀飯1.5碗份量)
三點多:水果一份
晚:
有氧前:蔬果三明治(無美乃滋)
有氧後:無糖豆漿一杯
消夜:
水果或是小餅乾
其他:
一星期會去吃一次 紅豆牛奶冰 (阿忠冰店 好吃~~)
一個月回家 1~2次 會解放....(XD 老媽的菜太好吃)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
晚上1點睡到早上7:00點
工作:9:20~6:30
生活型態:苦命上班族
運動習慣:
上班日(星期一到五): 早上重訓 晚上有氧
星期六重訓 星期天休息
重訓菜單 上班前 早上7:30~9:00
週一 週四:
胸: 臥推*6組 蝴蝶機*6組 啞鈴上斜臥推*6 機械飛鳥*4
三頭:雙槓引體向上*4 三頭伸展機*4
週二 週五:
二頭:槓鈴斜板彎舉*6 站姿啞鈴垂式彎舉*4 滑輪二頭彎舉*4
腹部:側腹轉體*8
腿:Leg press*5
週三:
背: 胸前引體向上*4 滑輪座姿滑船*6 滑輪挺背下拉*6 府身挺背*4
肩: 機械上舉*6
有氧菜單 下班後 晚上7:30~8:30
週一 三 五: 自由式 1.5 KM約40分鐘 不停
週二 四: 踏步機 30分鐘 (強度9~10) 消耗400卡路里
我的問題:
重訓 持續一年 (有受傷過休息兩個星期)
有氧 持續兩年
體重由 88-->76 (之前有瘦到72 結果過完年 又回來76)
體脂肪卡在26% 已經半年了 @_@
看鏡子 身材有線條出來 但是還是有層油蓋住
請各位給些意見 我想要把體脂肪降到20%以下
