[閒聊] 想像與現實的差距...
稍微查了一下食物熱量表與運動消耗熱量後發現
實際的數字跟自以為的數字差很多啊!!
自以為 實際
早餐 全麥吐司*2+低脂起司一片+火腿一片 260卡*1 395卡
午餐 雞絲麵*2+高麗菜1/4顆 540卡*2 640卡
晚餐 忙著做事,吃的同早餐再*2 520卡 790卡
消夜 秉持少量多餐原則外加吃到基代,同早餐 260卡 395卡
Total: 1580卡 2220卡
註1 之前查google看到全麥土司每片約75卡,實際上卻是約150卡一片?火腿500
克約20片,每百克155卡,每片約40卡(無誤),低脂起司標示熱量每片55卡,
簡單來說,我完全錯估了全麥吐司的熱量。
註2 雞絲麵一球220卡,高麗菜1/4顆,我一直以為大約100卡不到,豈料,一顆高
麗菜大約有2.5公斤重啊!1/4顆大概200卡左右,不過這傷害不大。

昨天一直很忙,到了睡前還一直想到吃不夠熱量,早上起來做了個excel表
格打算紀錄一下每天體脂、體重、基代、還有吃了多少熱量,想說既然要做
就順便把熱量算精準一點,不算還好,一算才發現原來我這之前都完全低估
了全麥吐司的熱量,對於高麗菜的重量也錯估,進度緩慢的兇手抓到了!
奉勸各位,要查食物熱量,不能只看google的第一項...要多看幾個搜尋結果
比較穩....
結論:這麼一點點東西就2200多卡,也太痛苦了吧!想減肥真的不能拿麵包類
當主食...
