[閒聊] 剛起床空腹去運動了
昨天無意間看到一篇文章,提到早上起床空腹運動對減脂效果更好
我就想說今天來試一試,然後剛才7點多起床後就去健身房
先踩了20分鐘的滑步機,強度並沒因為是早起空腹而減低
只是感覺出來的確不如平時進食後運動來得有活力,覺得全身有點軟綿綿
後來再去跑跑步機,一樣是20分鐘,但跑到10分鐘時就有點暈暈的乏力感,大概是血糖低
我有個問題,如果我早上起床空腹運動只做20分鐘,這樣短的時間能減到脂嗎?
還是說減也減不到多少就算了?或是說撐久一點才有效?
