午餐

菜兩份

肉一份
中間餓了就吃些許水果
晚餐
白飯一碗
菜一份
蛋一份
這樣對嗎??

昨天的早餐是 半個蜂蜜蛋糕 100CC的低指牛奶 一片白吐司
午餐是 一顆粽子 (人家媽媽做的沒有調味料的粽子O O.....)
晚餐是 一碗酸辣麵
蜂80+奶50+吐70+粽400(新聞上說大概是一碗飯+兩塊肉的熱量)
+酸辣麵500(約)
今天的早餐是 兩組吐司夾荷包蛋
午餐是 水餃15顆 一碗蔬菜湯
晚餐是 兩顆水煮蛋 半個燒餅
早餐 我吐司夾荷包蛋是兩片夾一個 大概是 2(70*2+120)
午餐 水餃看包裝水餃約480(沒有沾醬) 湯的標示是90
晚餐 水煮蛋70*2 燒餅(未知)猜50
520+480+90+140+50
昨天1100
今天1280
都沒有飲料
水每天喝1800左右
我用算的
我的基代大概是1400耶 O O..........
目前才剛開始
我絕得我怎嚜吃都沒吃到??????
可是又感覺已經吃飽了
問題出在哪???
順便一題
我運動是握力器左右各100下 午晚各一
啞鈴(8磅)是左右各50下
仰臥起坐50下(午晚睡前各一次)
扶力挺身20下
看電視扭腰 起立蹲下
還沒開始跑步.....
這樣看的懂嘛O O?
