[討論] 基代和熱量
大家好O O
我是最近才踏入這個世界的人O O
開始調整飲食減少熱量已經兩天了
早餐大概300大卡
午餐正常
晚餐偏少 主要吃菜
發現到了個問題
就是國小老師在上健康課時都會講到
男生的標準熱量和女生的標準熱量
其實我絕得基代和女生的標準熱量好像差不多嗎O O??
板上都脫不暸那個範圍 沒有超出很多
吃多吃少沒有意義O O
↑↑↑↑
都沒有用O O
簡單來說
飲食只要不要爆炸
(正常 而且不超過基代就沒辦法正常減肥
(是這樣吧??以我對基代的理解
增加運動就可以減肥吧O O???
還有肌肉訓練
得出一個結論
所以要減肥就是運動
運動運動運動
阿咧 我的意思不知道大家懂不懂O O?
就是說 飲食也不用講的太深奧
不爆炸即可
運動才要講究
