[討論] 給我建議
先來交代一下基本資料:
172CM,64KG,女
從4月開始運動減肥,4月份三餐正常+每週運動4次以上,每次40-60分鐘
大約兩-三個星期每個人都說看起來瘦了3公斤(量體重只少1KG)
一直運動到5月中斷了大約兩個星期,有幾天吃的比較多,
然後~~~~就胖回來了(大哭)
這個月初又開始每週運動3次,飲食分成一天五餐
,總熱量控制在1000-1200CAL
請問,這樣瘦到的會是脂肪嗎??
另外,為什麼前一天有正常吃晚餐,隔天的肚子就有小腹了??
(一出現小腹,心情就會很沮喪,總覺得只要一吃東西就是==>胖)
我想瘦回我的53公斤ㄚ~~~
