[請益] 在家重訓
我住的地方附近好像沒有健身房,遠一點的因為沒有交通工具(機車、汽
車腳踏車通通不會),所以打算買簡單的啞鈴回來慢慢練。
想請問一下啞鈴椅有投資的價值嗎?

我住的地方只有一張三面貼牆的雙人床,還有電腦椅,沒有沙發椅,但是
房間應該還有空間,不知道這類型的健身器材佔不佔空間,好不好移動。
打算平常靠牆放,要用的時候再搬出來。

最近看到這個網頁,覺得姿勢還滿容易的。
因為我目前有在踩x-bike或天氣好的時候去操場快走,如果要加入重訓,
和有氧交叉各兩天,就是有氧兩天重訓兩天這樣輪流,這樣的安排如何?
