[減肥] 我不想說我是練武奇才,但是我才跑了兩天,大腿變壯是???

我的問題:這兩天下雨不好騎單車,所以這兩天我都跑到學校的健身房跑步
真的只有兩天,今天我姐居然說我大腿變壯了...
我已爬過文,板上都說肌肉沒這麼好練
可是大腿這兩塊真的變的很硬,而且可以用力(隨意肌?)
前天我跑了50分鐘,跑了7公里,是很規律的7公里(機器顯示消耗500大卡)
昨天也跑了50分鐘,也跑了7公里,不過前面20分鐘就跑了3公里後面沒有力了
走走跑跑...(機器顯示消耗600大卡)
我是有看到之前有人說確實是有肌肉但是3分肌肉7分脂肪
但是我平常就有騎單車的習慣(來回30公里,約100分鐘)
第一天跑完就有覺的大腿變緊實...第二天沒啥感覺,但大腿外側肌肉很酸
第三天就被說大腿變壯了= =
我姊夫之前練過肌肉,他是說我這樣跑太久了,就等於對大腿肌肉做重量訓練
是這樣子嗎?
他們是叫我這兩天先不要跑了,肌肉就會消,我很疑惑,肌肉有這麼容易長,
容易消嗎?還是因為沒有拉筋,所以充血?(可是跑完我都有躺著腳貼壁)
(我姊夫是說跑30分鐘就要拉個20分鐘的筋)
還是說我該持續的給它跑下去?
我很想只瘦脂肪...所以我會空腹去跑...
剛剛看到又說這樣其實不太好
今天我在學校用TANITA TBF-410測量體脂
最下面有一張說:target bf% is 11% , predicted weight 46.6 ,
predicted fat mass 5.1kg , fat to lose 5.9 kg
我是用到運動員模式嗎?
我知道燒脂肪1公斤要燃燒7700大卡...
但是吃東西去跑燃燒的脂肪就少了....
到底要怎麼樣搭配是比較好?
運動到底消的是脂肪還是肝醣?
阿~板上資訊好多我都看到霧煞煞了
也不知道該如何是好了啦>"<
