[閒聊] 運動的呼吸
請問一下大家都怎麼樣的呼吸餒??
我好像從小習慣
嘴巴吸氣 嘴巴吐氣
睡覺也是
所以有人說我很奇怪...
然後之前出力會憋氣,例如搶籃板的那一跳
或是伏地挺身也會憋氣
後來是去重量訓練的時候,他們說出力就吐氣吧
有聽老師說比較好的呼吸是鼻子進嘴巴出
可是我會覺得鼻子進的不夠用欸(假如運動中不就缺氧?)
另外我鼻子深深的吸氣幾次後,就想要打哈欠了...
這樣我的呼吸習慣改的回來嗎?要怎麼改?
