[問題] 重訓後體重會上升嗎?
我之前的體重都在 49-50.5 kg 之間 ( 165 公分 女 )
下學期選課修了一堂有重訓和有氧的課
整整一小時多都會在跑步機、重訓器、腳踏車機上流轉
晚上也會籃球訓練 (這上學期也有)
只是.......
回家量電子體重計竟然是 52.2-52.5 kg 之間
天阿!!!
雖然朋友都說沒改變 (但我想會不會是朝夕相處的關係!?)
食量在重訓前後差異不大
後來有特意減少食量
一個星期後體重也沒有下降 QQ
想請問重訓之後體重會上升而體態維持嗎???
畢竟 49-51 之間才是我的理想標準阿 QQ ...!!!
