[問題] Shopbop被莫名鎖帳號
本周看中意一個MJ的包包，用了首購的折扣碼買
前幾天登入帳號想看一下出貨狀況，發現帳號被鎖定了
當然訂單也被取消了，寫信問了客服收到的回覆如下：
Thanks for ordering with us. I regret to inform you that your order has not
passed our preliminary inspection criteria. Consequently, this order has
been cancelled without charge to your card and your account has been
inactivated.
然後我的帳號依舊被鎖定中，他們也沒有要幫我解鎖的意思....
請問大家有碰到類似的情況嗎
順帶一提，我的付款時刷卡都有成功，都有接到銀行端的照會。
