[問題] 上半身做哪些訓練能增加投球速度

不是突然對棒球有興趣想當投手啦
而是認為投快速球的發力軌跡近似打美式懸吊拳擊機

主要都在鬆弛狀態下往後拉,再瞬間以最快的速度揮到投點/打點
手/拳在最高放球點/打擊點時,右手軌跡會順其自然由右上>左下稍偏斜
除非像泰森那種打穿對手的拳威才有可能隨便一擊都打高
玩這機器要高分,發力方式像速球投手而不是一般拳擊手
出手要快、出拳要快,再加上雙腳重心移轉與全身協調性
才能投出/打出速球與高分
腳的重點在重心移轉與深蹲,而上半身要做什麼訓練能加強?
