[問題] 請益巨巨練"健力"轉"健美"的建議
如題~~小弟過去幾年都是專注健力
目前比賽三項成績普普通通約450上下 170cm 66kg (深蹲170臥推95硬舉185)
之前有嚴重受傷導致深蹲衝擊大重量(85~90%PR重量)時 膝蓋就會不太舒服
再加上看到有健友椎間盤破裂(嚇死) 讓我暫時也不想練大重量硬舉
因為老婆喜歡有明顯腹肌的人(已經暗示我冏)
我打算專注練上半身.... 胸 背 三頭 二頭 再加上腹肌
下半身就練8~12下中重量深蹲或分腿蹲 能維持肌肉量就好
如果目標是上半身顯壯+明顯腹肌 一週可以3~4練 1次時間最多有3小時可練
有什麼建議的嗎? 感謝
