[問題] 新手練9個月,骨骼肌多2公斤太少嗎?
目標精瘦好看,沒要求巨巨也沒那個體質
走Lean bulk路線因為本來就是吃不胖食量少
認真練到現在9個月,BMI從17變19
骨骼肌共增重2公斤
體脂肪共增加1.6公斤
全身肌肉分佈(含非骨骼肌)
手各增0.7kg
軀幹增4kg
雙腳各掉0.4kg(因為從台北搬到不用走路的地方又沒練腿)
想問這樣的進度是偏慢嗎
身體外觀看起來肌肉和線條是有明顯增多
只是數據似乎不明顯?
蛋白質盡量都吃到體重的1.5倍
但忙的時候常常只吃到1.2倍左右
新手福利不會就這樣而已?
