[問題] 最值得投資的小肌群是哪個?
各位巨巨好
本瘦宅目前佛系訓練中
目前只練大肌群如下:
胸(臥推)
背(引體向上)
臀腿(臀橋+深蹲)
腹(單槓提腿)
但最近想加入一些小肌群的訓練
雖然我知道對巨巨來說就是都練
還是想請問就功能性的角度
例如存好養老本錢、提高高齡時的日常生活品質
哪個小肌群最值得投資?
