[問題] 真的有人吃「低」蛋白練成巨巨的嗎?
增肌期蛋白質要吃到1.6g/kg,這幾乎是健身圈的普遍共識,
但這也只是「理論上」最有效率的量。
實際上你只吃1g或是1.2g,搭配強度足夠的重量訓練,
時間一拉長你一樣能夠增肌。
但問題就來了,真的有人只吃「低」蛋白,
努力訓練了20年成為巨巨的嗎?
