[問題] 跳繩減脂是不是特別容易放屁?
是這樣的大叔我年近40最近肚子已經大到遮住屌了,不知是屌太小還是肚子太大抑或是都是?因此決定開始啟動增肌減脂計畫,目前減脂內容就是 每天跳繩1000下 外加每週2次3000公尺
截至目前為止發現跳繩過程中超容易放屁的,感覺就是腸子通透舒暢,不知道是不是平常太少動消化力差導致肚子囤積大量脂肪因此跳繩後消化好了容易排氣嗎?有人也是如此嗎?謝謝大家
