[問題] 重訓完酸痛感問題
目前遇到的問題是
練完胸沒有酸痛感 三頭也沒有
訓練經驗: 4個月徒手+2個月重訓
徒手:第一個月盡力做到每日150下伏地挺身
後面三個月每天都有做滿300下伏地挺身
再來才去重訓 有請教練
姿勢應該沒什麼問題
前一個月教練帶 向心1秒離心2秒的練法
第一個月槓鈴臥推從35公斤到45公斤做組
胸跟三頭都有很明顯酸痛感
第二個月
有看到「快而重的練法跟一般離心練法肌肥大差異不大的研究」
所以想試試看爆發力的練法 教練也同意
槓鈴臥推從45到65公斤做組
進步幅度有比較快
不過出現問題了
「練完會沒有酸痛感 連三頭都沒有」
教練是說這種爆發力的練法應該也會有酸痛感
問了其他教練好像也沒遇過這種情況
所以想問問看有沒有人遇過
問題可能會出在哪?
有沒有可能是因為重訓前肌耐力練太多
導致肌肉比較不容易破壞?
目前這種練法針對肌肥大還有效果嗎?
