[問題] 練背有辦法避免長繭嗎?
目前我背的菜單如下:
自重引體向上
傳統硬舉
直臂下壓
槓鈴划船
二頭彎舉
每個項目都是10下5組
最近手上的繭越來越粗 被朋友嫌摸起來不舒服
於是檢視了一下 想揪出引起繭的動作
發現大概就是引體向上和硬舉
因為這兩個動作繭的拉扯感最重
戴了手套也沒什麼改善
後來自己研究一下
把"握著槓"改成只用手指關節扣著
有效減輕了指根的拉扯感
但覺得不太好施力
而且半個月之後變成手指關節長繭了
請問練背有避免手長繭訣竅嗎?
有試過板上推薦的甘皮推刀
但推完皮以後還是很粗
而且訓練的時候拉扯到清完繭的地方會痛到快往生
是不是只能降重到不至於長繭的重量了?
