[問題] 有關駝背姿勢矯正

開始接觸健身之後,朋友指點要一併矯正體態
自己最嚴重的大概就是駝背了吧,以前總覺得抬頭挺胸很累
但直到這一年比較認真練,開始背部肌群力氣和肉量都有大幅成長
下背挺和肩胛後收已經可以很習慣,不太費力,不再會圓背
而目前瓶頸是頭部前傾有點難改善
要靠脖子後面的肌群要用力把頭往後拉才能達到標準
但是這樣蠻費力的,尤其是平常訓練也不太會練到這邊
因此想問版上前輩們會怎麼建議呢QQ
