[問題] 減脂期以控制熱量還是蛋白質為優先?
最近正在執行減脂計畫
也知道要看TDEE計算三大營養素的攝取
但是在非訓練日的當天很常沒辦法攝取足夠蛋白質
但是熱量卻已經達標(碳水 脂肪吃太多了...)
請問這時後應該要補足蛋白質或是嚴格控制熱量?
