[問題] 健身新手,諸多問題請教已刪文
小弟目前開始健身約一個月快兩個月,有在三重的成吉請教練,教練課已經上了6堂,但
是幾乎都在調深蹲(空手)姿勢...
本人深蹲無法蹲到底(屁股會往內翻),加上膝蓋內旋,因此總是無法準確的抓到發力點
。
先附上目前教練開給我的菜單,似乎著重在肌耐力,每天空手深蹲12*4 側躺抬腿(臀中
)12*4 梨狀肌12*4 每兩天做啞鈴二三頭 3種動作12*4,飲食方面得話一天兩杯高蛋白,
早餐類似火腿蛋吐司,午餐麵食,晚餐便當,中間夾雜水果及巧克力。
從開始上課到現在,自己該練的或是上課都蠻認真在上,除了生病很嚴重有休息,練的部
分算是很用心,吃也正常吃,結果體重體態毫無進展...
連空手深蹲都無法蹲到標準,實在是非常挫折,因此想請問各位巨巨有沒有什麼建議能夠
幫助我的?

Ps 本人好像也有上交叉症候群,駝背、脖子往前,等症狀!
