[問題] 大家都練到什麼程度
各位版上的巨巨好
小弟剛踏入這個世界沒多久
主要是以健美式訓練為主
想知道各位巨巨一天的菜單是到健身房後瘋狂練 練到抽經在回家 還是練到預定目標就停
止呢?
我自己有時候練完 回去洗澡可能會有抽筋的情況 這樣是不是我壞掉了?
