[問題] 沒捕手做力量訓練
餓死了抬頭
小弟接觸重訓領域快半年
最近想開始嘗試bill's力量訓練
可是平常都是一個人去健身房
沒有捕手
看健身房內大多人好像也都是一個人來
通常都是最後一兩組做1rm才會請路人幫忙
可是我發現力量訓練的菜單到了之後從頭到尾都是1rm
也不太好意思一直請別人幫忙捕
簡言之
想要請問各位大大沒有捕手要怎麼做力量訓練
