[問題] 新手請教背部容易聳肩之解決方法?
如題
小弟在pull down過程中 雖然力求肩胛骨下沈 挺胸
但是卻常常會忽略不得聳肩 導致常常背部沒練到 前臂跟二頭酸的囧況
於是想問各位前輩 大家在pull down時是如何提醒自己做到動作正確的呢?
還有想附上小弟弱弱的背 想請問黃色區域就是背闊肌吧 以及這張圖背闊有出力嗎 跟有否聳肩?
