[問題] 減重與健身
HI 各位3%體指 肌肉男好
本魯工作關係常常有應酬所以體態發福很嚴重
最近轉換跑道
想讓自己體態變好加上明年二月跟人約新加坡金沙飯店57樓玩水
所以想來板上問問給點我建議
本魯178 體重80 體指32%
目前我個人想法是先減重 減約10KG再來餐加重訓的行列(這觀念是否OK?)
還是說我要同步進行 直接找教練開始訓練了?
我給自己的菜單目前就是
高熱量食物不吃 早餐白饅頭+蛋 中餐吃自己煮(飯+一些清淡的菜與肉)
晚餐也吃自己煮但不吃飯吃約5分飽
跑步每次約5KM 踩飛輪約採30分上下
持續了1周了
想說肌肉男是否有其他意見可以提供我參考? 謝謝
